The monotony of wheat harvest has begun, and weather permitting it will continue for a week or so more. I’ll work on some pics of my home away from home for the time being. I’d add a couple of the other things that are on my mind, but the nightcap margarita is kickin’ in.

I do remember….I don’t know how much longer I will participate in Alexandria…it is a little squishy. But though I live in Nebraska..I was born and raised in North Texas, grew up in Gainesville…went to college in Wichita Falls and lived in Carrollton until about three years ago. So I keep track of Texas events through some of the local blogs. I imagine I will eventually return to Texas…Nebraska is way too cold to retire in. We get more snow in a month than I saw in my entire 50 year in Texas.
